How it works
Email or upload the questionnaire (any format — spreadsheet, portal export, SIG, CAIQ) along with your policies, prior answers, and any reports you have.
Our team completes the questionnaire from your actual documentation — each answer referenced to its source, gaps flagged honestly instead of papered over.
Within 48 hours you get the completed draft plus a short gap memo. You approve, adjust anything, and send it to your customer. You stay the author of record.

Frequently asked questions
How fast is the turnaround, really?
48 hours for questionnaires up to roughly 300 questions, measured from when we have both the questionnaire and your source documents. Larger ones get a committed date up front.
What do you need from us?
The questionnaire itself, plus whatever you have: security policies, previous completed questionnaires, SOC 2 or ISO reports, architecture notes. Imperfect documentation is fine — flagging the gaps is part of the service.
Is our data safe with you?
Your documents are used solely to complete your questionnaire, handled under NDA on request, and deleted on completion if you prefer. We will never claim security practices we don't have — that's the standard we hold our own answers to as well.
What if we don't have an answer for something?
We tell you. Every gap is listed in the memo with a plain-English recommendation, so the questionnaire becomes a roadmap instead of an embarrassment.
